Gail Sorronda High Priestess
Gail Sorronda has garnered a loyal following since the brand’s inception in 2005, calling Brisbane home with a curated concept store located on James Street. Known for her distinct dark romantic aesthetic infused with influences of the angelic, gothic and paranormal, we assisted the label with collateral to support their High Priestess collection.
Coming off the back of lockdowns and extended periods of time at home, the collection was launched with a runway show held at Brisbane’s historic 19th century Old Museum, where guests relished the opportunity to enter into Sorronda’s world with an immersive evening of fashion, movement and music.
Guests were treated to drinks and curated canapés in the rose garden, before the show commenced on the columned terrace, referencing the collection’s exploration of the quiet place between the pillars of black and white.
Working across all platforms (digital, print, environment), we designed and curated a mix of creative assets for the launch of Gail Sorronda’s High Priestess collection and runway show including a lookbook, invitations, event signage, and behind the scenes videography to document the creative and collaborative process.
